Submissions
General submissions are open all year round.
While we're currently paused on accepting submissions for our biannual issues, we're actively seeking works from creators aged 13-25 to feature across our social media platforms. We welcome original poetry, prose, artwork, music, and film—previously published pieces are acceptable—with a limit of three submissions per creator.

Issue Submission Guidelines
We welcome unpublished, original submissions that align with our values, meaning no hate speech, discrimination, extreme violence, NSFW content, or any similar material. All work must be entirely your own; plagiarism or the use of AI-generated content is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate rejection. Each individual may submit up to three pieces for consideration. Additionally, we are a youth-focused magazine, so submissions are open only to those aged 13 to 25 years old.
By submitting your work, you retain all rights to it and are free to publish or showcase it elsewhere after its initial publication in Chartium. However, we kindly ask that you acknowledge Chartium as the original place of publication. If your submission is accepted, you will receive an email with further details regarding any necessary edits or formatting adjustments.
FAQs

There is absolutely no submission fee to enter your pieces for consideration. We believe that art and literature should be accessible to all, which is why we keep our submission process completely free.
-
Simultaneous submissions are welcome. However, if your submitted piece is accepted elsewhere, please email us at chartium@gmail.com to let us know right away. This will allow us to make timely decisions and free up space for other deserving entries.

Chartium Magazine accepts submissions for issues on a biannual basis. When our submission window opens, we will provide a simple Google Forms link across our website and social media channels. This form will allow you to easily upload your work and provide the necessary information.

Chartium Magazine is currently an online, digital-only publication. But we have big plans for the future! Our team is exploring options to expand into a print format as well. This would allow us to share the talented work of our contributors in both electronic and physical forms.
